October Foundation brings people together to shed light on substance abuse and mental health through awareness, education and services.
In 2020, we opened the addiction Retreat & Recovery Center at Ramopo Valley in partnership with Hackensack Meridian Health, delivering outpatient services, family & individu al therapy, and medication assisted treatment. We are currently in the fund development phase to expand services for an intensive 37 bed inpatient facility.
The October Foundation sheds light on substance abuse by destigmatizing addiction and promoting the effectiveness of mental health treatment through awareness, education, and supportive services. We provide information on substance use disorder and treatment resources for individuals and their families seeking support and recovery options.
